      1. Many African countries struggle with access to quality education, leaving large portions of the population without necessary skills for modern jobs. Even if they do , the you know who took them with scholarship or DV bla bla... . There are common problems like corruption, poverty and so on ... but I think the main issue here bro is education.

  4. In my view, societial problems are usually seeded by bad social-, economic-, and political systems that allocate decision-making power so that individuals' values don't turn into collective action. One manifistation of it is certainly incompetent leaders.
